Welcome! I am Alice Pantelios and I am a counsellor, psychotherapist practicing in Quebec.

I work with adults (18+) of diverse backgrounds who are interested in developing their strengths and strategies to work through the challenges they are experiencing. I work primarily with individuals experiencing difficulties with: emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, anger management, traumatic life experiences, life transitions, low self-esteem, perfectionism, career transitions and relationship difficulties.
